Winthrop House Pre-Law Advising
Welcome to the Winthrop House Pre-Law website. This site is designed to aid current undergraduates and alumni of Winthrop House in the law school application process. Winthrop House provides considerable assistance to current undergraduate and qualified alumni applicants, which assistance is detailed in the Pre-Law Handbook.
Current undergraduates and qualified alumni who are perhaps interested in applying to law school and also taking advantage of the advising resources at Winthrop House should first closely read the Pre-Law Handbook where the definition of "qualified alumni" is provided. The Handbook explains the law school application process as well as the services that the team of pre-law advisers at Winthrop House can provide.
If after reading the Handbook and consulting the forms mentioned within it you have further questions, or if you would like to arrange for Winthrop House to assist you in your application to law school, then please contact
Thomas Wright, the Resident Law Tutor, as soon as possible. Applicants who first seek assistance later than October 1st seriously impair the quality of assistance that may be provided on their behalf and also harm the prospect of their success in the application process itself.
