Winthrop HoCo

Winthrop House Committee, or HoCo, is the representative body for Winthrop residents. It's main focus is planning social events for the House, but it also tackles student advocacy issues such as dining hall restrictions, house improvements, and academic advising. HoCo is the liaison between students and the house staff, and all Winthrop residents are welcome to be a part of it. HoCo works very hard to help every Winthropian and affiliate feel as though he or she were destined, not just randomly assigned, to call Winthrop home.

HoCo meetings are held every Sunday night at 9:00 at the Masters' residence.

HoCo puts on many successful events each year, such as:

• Stein Clubs every Thursday
• Tea in the JCR every Friday
• Winthrop Jazz Nights
• Winter Formal
• Debauchery
• The Arbella Ball (Spring Formal)
